 | Pneumatic level regulator LC-108 is used for all types of proportional level regulation in open tanks, including level control in water filters, pulp vessels, etc. As the regulator doesn’t blow any air into the measuring media, it can even be used in media where there is a risk of sedimentation and subsequent clogging. Benefits Simple and reliable design Sensors and regulator in the same unit Simple installation No range trimming required at the installation site The regulator is equipped with a reducer station as standard, which means unreduced instrument air can be used. Design The regulator consists of a measuring house with inbuilt amplification relay. Having no moving parts makes it is extremely reliable. The media level is detected directly by the regulator, which converts this to a 20-100 kPa pneumatic signal on a level change of 0-100 mm vp (alternatively 0-300 or 0-500 mm vp). The output signal can directly control a pneumatic control valve or a pneumatic actuator (see WV-111). | |
