PAAB ProcessVision 600 is a series of robust cameras designed for process monitoringin industrial environments and other demanding applications.
The compact design and flexible installation of the cameras makes them suitablefor a variety of installation and usage areas.
Dust and waterproof with compressed air connection
The sealed camera body on PPV600 eliminates the need for a space-consuming external,camera body. PPV600 is designed for installation in industrial environments wheredust and humidity are common, or in outdoor environments where they need to withstandrain and snow. Connection of compressed air enables cleaning of the camera lensas well as air-cooling. The cameras can be equipped with thermostat-controlledheating for outdoor installation.
Compact design and flexible installation
PPV600 has a very neat format with a diameter of just 60 mm, and is availablein a range of models for wall and plug-in mounting. Robust ball-and-socket jointsenable the camera body to be turned up to 80? in all directions
Advanced and highresolution cameras
PPV600 can be delivered with different types of cameras ranging from high resolution black and white cameras to advanced PC-controlled colour cameras. A large selection of lenses are available with or without Auto-Iris.
Total control of all parameters
Using the accompanying PC programme all parameters can be set locally, or remotely using the camera’s RS485 interface. Available options include digital Pan/Tilt/Zoom within the picture, colour effects, light control and storage of the camera picture’s position. A separate control unit for remote control of the camera picture via push buttons is also available as an accessory.
Power supply, video and RS485 in the same cable
Depending on the camera type, an accessory service unit is delivered with PPV600 where all connections can be performed. The service unit can be delivered with an integrated video modem that enables power supply, picture transmission and RS485 to be performed through the same coaxial cable.
